What We Offer
Employees complete a short online form describing their condition. No waiting rooms, no phone queues.
Every request is reviewed by a doctor registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Certificates are delivered by email, usually same day during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). The employee forwards the certificate to HR.
Employees pay a single £39 flat fee per certificate. No employer contracts or subscriptions needed.
All employee data is encrypted and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Medical information stays between the doctor and the employee.
