Refunds Policy
We keep refund rules simple. Payment covers doctor review of your request. If the reviewing GMC-registered doctor cannot issue a certificate, we refund the full £39 payment to your original payment method.
Full Refunds
When a full refund is available
- If the doctor decides a certificate cannot be issued after reviewing your request, the payment is refunded in full.
- If there is an error on our side that prevents correct delivery of an issued document, we review that case promptly and correct it where possible.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Service Boundary
When a refund is not normally available
Once a certificate has been issued and delivered correctly, the service has been completed. In that situation, refunds are not normally available unless there was a clear error on our side. Refunds are not normally available because an employer, university, insurer, airline, or other third party declines to accept a certificate that has been issued.
